I believe in helping people—regardless of race, background, or where they’re from. My journey through addiction, incarceration, reentry, and recovery taught me that healing starts when someone sees you, hears you, and offers real help. That is why, as a Recovery Coach, I serve individuals across Arkansas, Missouri, Texas—and beyond—who are ready to rebuild, recover, and reclaim their lives.
As a LegalShield Senior Associate, I also offer affordable access to legal protection for individuals and families. Whether you’re navigating probation, parole, employment issues, need a Power of Attorney, living will or simply trying to understand your rights, having a legal team on your side can make all the difference. I know firsthand how overwhelming the system can be, and LegalShield allows me to connect those I serve with the legal tools they need to protect their progress and move forward with confidence.
In addition, I work as a Positive Behavior Support Specialist, writing Behavioral Plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I’ve learned that challenging behaviors are often just communication in disguise. With the right supports in place, we can reduce crisis moments, build trust, and create safer, more stable environments for both individuals and their support teams. These plans don’t just help the person receiving services—they empower parents, caregivers, and staff to respond with compassion, structure, and clarity. Everyone deserves to be understood, and these tools help make that possible. Need help?
The States I Know Best
- Arkansas — I’ve worked with men, women and youth with adult responsibilities in Little Rock, Pine Bluff, and throughout the state, helping them move from technical probation violations to real progress. I’m also currently assisting caregivers of Individuals with Disabilities on the Arkansas Waiver Waiting List create and implement Personal Behavior Support Plans.
- Missouri — In cities like St. Louis and Kansas City, I’ve helped rebuild lives in using writing as therapy, through recovery coaching and my 16‑Week WRAP program. Kansas City is also the birthplace of my Writing for the Soul Workshop™ program. Once I was successfully able to modify the program for reentry and peer support, it was the safe space used the collect the stories in Peers Pencils and Pages.
- Texas — From the Johnston Unit to Fort Worth, I’ve lived the reality of navigating the justice system and the weight of starting over. I know what it’s like to face a probation violation, to sit behind bars as a single parent, and to wonder what comes next. Without the right tools and support, it’s easy to feel stuck. That’s why I offer real solutions—practical resources, lived experience, and compassion—to help others bridge that same gap.
Why these states? Because they’re grounded in my history, my work, and the communities I know best. But make no mistake: while these places anchor my efforts, my mission reaches anyone—anywhere—who wants the tools to heal, transform, and succeed. Powerful tools that include:
Resource Connections — From community services and job support to mental health networks and recovery resources, I’ll help you tap into what’s available locally where you live.
Recovery Coaching + WRAP Course — A hands-on, structured pathway to wellness, accountability, and reentry support.
One-on-One Support — Personalized coaching to guide you through challenges, triggers, and real-life decisions.
Positive Behavior Support & Intervention Plans — Customized behavior strategies designed to support individuals with intellectual disabilities while equipping families and staff with tools that promote safety, communication, and meaningful progress.
