Each day includes a writing prompt and a brief reflection to help you explore your emotions, values, and aspirations. Write freely, without judgment. This is your space to be honest, vulnerable, and intentional about your journey forward.

ย Your journal entries are encrypted, and Iโ€™ll never share them or your personal information with anyone. When you submit your journal entry, I will reply with an email that includes your journal entries along with feedback. Keep them to measure growth and to document your journey. This is great for looking back to see what’s working/not working.

Children under the age of 18 must get parent/guardian permission to participate.

Summary: Today is about self-awareness. How do you see yourself? Take a moment to think about your strengths, values, and even your struggles. List 10 words that describe who you are right now. They donโ€™t have to be perfect, and they may change over timeโ€”this is just a starting point.
